New Trim Trail for Little Sutton

The sun was shining for the opening of our much anticipated trim trail at Little Sutton Primary School in February 2020, as our children had the opportunity to test out the trail for the very first time. First up to try out the kit were Cherry class, under the supervision of their teacher Mr. Bowness.

Friends of Little Sutton School (FOLSS) have been fundraising for the trim trail for many years and were also able to secure funding from outside organisations.

Chair of FOLSS Jenny Thomson commented: “We’ve held summer fairs, Christmas fairs, non-uniform days, put on discos, and little by little we’ve been able to raise the money we needed to install the trim trail. We are thankful to Redrow for their £2000 contribution and the Ellesmere Port Round Table for their £200 donation, plus all of the local businesses in Little Sutton who have contributed to our events by donating prizes.”

“Most of all we would like to thank our parents for their support over the years in raising the money to install the trim trail. This is the result of a lot of hard work by a lot of people and we hope our children will get many years of enjoyment from the trim trail.”
